The Salterns Brokerage is very active at the moment, with boats coming and going in an exciting manner.

Another Southampton Boatshow ends, surprisingly blessed by good weather and, although there were definitely fewer visitors overall this year, the Memory, Tela and Wagtail were visited by lots of appreciative people and we had a good time!

Congratulations are due to Roy Hart and Nick Hillman for their results in the East Coast Old Gaffers' race. To be 4th and 6th boats home over the water is fantastic. Also congratulations to the 2008 Round the Island Memory racers.

The last few months have seen a Tela go off to Australia; 3 new Telas joining the North Devon Yacht Club with a 4th on it's way (close racing there!); a Wagtail as the centrepiece of an art installation and a suncream advertisement, and Memory class racing starting in the Solent.
